My trip to Singapore was truly an enjoyable one…not only did I had tons of fun, I met up with an old friend, Pau Ling, a friend since secondary school who went to study Singapore in Secondary 4.  Well, we’ve been visiting each other’s blogs about six months already and we only lately we managed to exchanged contacts.  So when I arrived in Singapore, I sms-ed her telling her that I was there and would be delighted if we could meet up.  She replied saying that she would be free either on Friday or Saturday.  We decided to meet up at Bugis MRT station about 4 pm on Saturday.  There was slight delay because it was a weekend and the place was crowded.  We went to Paco Bugis to jalan jalan.  Since it was raining cats and dogs outside, the place was bustling with people…and it was very difficult to find a place to sit and talk.  After walking up and down the building, the only eatery that wasn’t jam packed was Ajisen.  So, down we sat and ate and caught up with old times.  We talked about movies, books, her recent charity trip to Cambodia, CCA in Singapore (she’s pretty active in JC), what we were doing on Valentine’s and our old friends.  I had such a good time.  We parted ways by dinner time cos she had to meet up with her aunt at Orchard while I had to be back to help out cuz Khai with dinner. (which I only manage to do a little and I think she was pretty pissed off.)
