Ps Ben Fewster shared something that really tugged my heart today.  He said, the more you try to go head on with sin to resist against sinning, the more you will feed sin and get worse off from where you intended to be.  Instead, worship God, seek His face.

Taste and see that the LORD is good;
blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

Psalm 34:8 (NIV)
