Yes He is and that’s ALL the time.

This is my testimony for this week.  My lawn hasn’t been mowed since I don’t know when and it doesn’t really disturb me because I don’t have to walk on the grass to get into my house.  It’s just that the parameter of my house is like a jungle and don’t get me started on the backyard.

The other day, Sophia told me that the housing agent called and said that he was harrassed by the owner of our house because the landlord had been reprimanded by the city council for the unkempt lawn.  Well, we were told that we should do something before the end of the week but really, I can’t be bothered…I had one million other things to do and my exams were coming and I heard the last time we paid $200 for mowing services.  So when the $$$ comes up, I really don’t want to think about it!

It was in the midst of the exams, so I told myself, after my paper, I will get myself a pair of shears and CUT THE GRASS MYSELF!  I refuse to pay $200 for that!  Seriously.

Fast forward 2 weeks later…nothing has been done, I mean the landlord nor the agent has contacted us since about the lawnsss…so yay! Somehow, I feel that something’s going to happen if we don’t do something…getting fined AND having to pay for someone to mow the lawn would be quite sucky too.

But guess what…just now, someone knocked on my door.  And I thought of the worst.  I told God “Please, don’t let the person at the door scold me about not doing anytthing about the lawn.”  Hahahahaha, it was a guy who offered to mow the lawn for $60!

WHAT A STEAL, AY?!

Me happy.  Me very happy.  God is happier.  Cos’ He’s happy to see me happy.  And He loves me!
